VIDEO!!
The day has arrived…it’s a VIDEO!! I really hope it works for those who watch, let us know what you think! This is a video we created at a borehole that had broken down in a rural village near Chintheche. It was created using the Flip videocamera and Flipshare software we left with both the Lilongwe and Chintheche CPAR offices.

Congratulations to the three of you on finishing up in Malawi,
having built on the friendships made on the study tour. You have obviously had immense satisfaction going deeper into the African life we touched on those two weeks, and you can leave with feelings of a job well done.
Thanks Eric, for the video of the borehole repair, an experience I particularly appreciated. And congrats on learning to enjoy some new foods.
Thanks Lauren, for your detailed description of the preschool trip. That was the day I couldn’t hear a single word of the translation and became so frustrated and angry. You managed to capture it all, the delightful little kids and the astonishing elderly teacher who gave them so much and whose only recompense was their obvious love and respect.
Also for your mention of Sabina. I had the same wonderful close impression of her that you had. Almost mystical, don’t you think?
Thanks Jillian, for you reflective entries in the blog.
The blog is excellent. Six very full weeks compacted into a couple of hours’ reading. You have all done well.
